Lost or Damaged Items
In the event that your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us within 14 days so that we may assist you in locating your order. Should your order arrive damaged, kindly notify us within 48 hours of receipt, accompanied by photographic evidence, and we will work diligently to resolve the issue.
Returns and Exchanges
